Logging In to WiFi Just Got Easier

Here's a pic of me attempting to "log into" Spectrum's remote WiFi connection yesterday. Well, next thing you know - this fellow walks up and tries to convince me they have a much easier way to do it now. Do you suppose that's true, or is he one of those hackers trying to steal my damn password?
