You've Got to Be Kidding?

Rather than participate like other presidents in ceremonies around the 20th anniversary of the 9-11 terrorist attacks, former President Donald Trump instead chose to give the keynote speech at a “Unification Church” conference (aka the Moonie cult), heaping praise on Hak Ja Han Moon, widow of Reverend Sun Myung Moon - the cult’s founder.   The “Moonie cult” is known for its extreme right-wing politics, appreciation of AR-15 assault rifles, ownership of the conservative Washington Times newspaper, and its mass weddings of thousands of couples - all selected and paired together by the Unification Church. Trump Tweets Declaration of War on Republican Party:   Lashing out on Twitter, President Trump is just furious that the Republicans in the Senate are acknowledging that President-elect Joe Biden won the 2020 election - claiming that “I saved at least 8 Republican Senators, including Mitch, from losing in the last rigged (for President) election,” and "Now they (almost all) sit back and watch me fight against a crooked and vicious foe, the Radical Left Democrats.   I will NEVER FORGET!” Now, I have no idea about whether or not he’ll actually ever forget about those perceived “ungrateful Republicans,” but what I do know is - he sure seems to have forgotten about coronavirus pretty damn fast.  Funny how the memory works, isn’t it?
