InfoWars conspiracy host Alex Jones responded to a Cenk Uygur interview of philosopher Sam Harris on The Young Turks, where Harris sarcastically mocked right-wing conspiracy theorists who claim liberals are eating babies, by taking Harris completely out of context and implying Harris was basically making a confession when he mockingly said “Why can't you eat babies?   There are sometimes extra babies in the world, and they're full of protein.   Can't we eat them?” Well, first of all, its a total lie to say ALL liberals are eating babies.  After all, my doctor made me quit eating them well over a year ago because he wanted me to cut out my consumption of raw meat.   Luckily, I can still eat the baby carrots that come as a side dish.   Besides, folks on the left don’t really eat babies.   That’s total nonsense!   Of course, now toddlers - well, that’s an entirely different story. After a Sandy Hook jury announced a nearly $1 billion award against InfoWars’ Alex Jones in a civil trial in Connecticut, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) took to Twitter to rage against the decision, suggesting that the trial is a “violation of his First Amendment rights.”  The jury found Jones used his InfoWars show to repeatedly portray the 2012 school shooting as a “false flag operation staged by the government,” a claim which led his supporters to stalk, harass, and threaten parents of the slain students for years to come. My, my!  Now, we all know what a prolific legislator Rep. Greene is. InfoWars host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones has decided to suspend his long-time support for former president Donald Trump, and is now backing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in the 2024 presidential race, whom Jones claims is “way better than Trump.”   Jones explained that “I pigheadedly supported [Trump] a few years ago, even though I disagreed with his Warp Speed” program to develop the COVID vaccine, but he stuck with him because he felt anything would be better than Biden or Hillary.   Jones says he’s now supporting Ron DeSantis because "I can look in his eyes,” adding that “DeSantis is sincere!” OK, sure - but did you know that if you look directly into Donald Trump’s eyes for long enough, you can actually see the original recipe for Colonel Sanders’ secret sauce - so there’s that!  Even so, it’s no real surprise when a guy like Alex Jones, who makes his living by causing others to suffer pain and misery, could “look into Ron DeSantis’ eyes,” and really like what h...

The New York Times is reporting that conspiracy theorist and InfoWars founder Alex Jones has reached out to the Department of Justice, offering to cooperate with prosecutors investigating the January 6th domestic terrorist attack on the Capitol.   His cooperation would be in exchange for an immunity deal that would allow him to avoid being criminally prosecuted in exchange for telling federal prosecutors what he knows about the planning of the events that culminated in the January 6th riots. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) went back on the Alex Jones show this week to discuss a conspiracy theory called the "Great Reset,” which he believes is a plot by capitalists to “impose socialism on the world,” with the ultimate goal being a "90% population reduction by 2030.”   Jones told Greene he expects a nuclear war to "breakout" in the coming days as a part of the "Great Reset . ”   Jones added that “They think you're dumb and will think the breakdown of civilization, the insane energy and food prices, along with and all the hyperinflation, is because of Russian President Vladimir Putin - not because of the Great Reset, not because of Dr. Anthony Fauci."
