Coronavirus Has Grocery Prices Rising at Fastest Pace in Decades: The cost of groceries has been rising at the fastest pace in decades since the coronavirus pandemic seized the U.S. economy, leading to sticker shock for basic staples such as beef, milk and eggs - and forcing already struggling families, to wonder how they’ll ever manage to afford to put food on the table.

In addition, Trump staffers are also doing their darn best to help relieve the suffering, by suggesting folks consider planting “backyard gardens.” Great idea!
